Team Coaching

In contemporary organizations numerous teams coexist: the ones from the traditional organizational pattern: department or service, Business unit etc… and the ones issued from the transversal organization pattern: projects teams more or less ephemeral.
Beyond vital technical competencies to the success of these projects, today it is mandatory others to develop some others competencies.

It could be important to propose a support to these teams, to have optimum interpersonal conditions, to insure success for these projects especially the big issues ones.

A Team coaching is a timeline process (between 12 and 18 months), with several sessions from one to several days.

It aims to give back to a team its autonomy and to foster long-term cooperation.

Some examples either for Executives Teams or Operational ones

  • Support the construction of a shared vision
  • Support the day-to-day Team life
  • Improve the quality of relations, to handle conflicts and/or tensions situations
  • Support the diversity of personality in a Team
