1st level - Recover/keep our capability to « deliver »

The company, the Team, or the person is in an emergency situation, a suffering one, stress, impacts are already visible. Wellbeing has disappeared and there is a risk for integrity.


  • Understand and prevent the Burn-out phenomenon
  • Physiology impact on our performance

2nd level - Oneself and Others knowledge Development

The complexity of the environment, the company evolution, reorganization projects are creating tensions within teams, we can observe unusual behaviors which can influence badly projects issues. There is a risk for wellbeing and performance.

Daniel Goleman (USA) developed the Emotional Intelligence concept (EQ).

According to Goleman, 90 % of the job to be fulfilled by a Leader, is in the 1st quadrant
He is in situation to interact with others only after being aware about his own behavior. At this time he is able to lead and to take benefit from each one potential and this to the benefit of the whole Team.

There are several models/supports helping the people and Team development.

I choose 3 of them (Human Element®, Process Communication®, MBTI®), for their pertinence to address main problematics I could observe from my experience in companies, and also for their international distribution which enables a deployment in international companies.

3rd level - To prepare next changes, develop anticipation

Our world is in constant evolution, company, teams and people want to prepare themselves to the next changes to get used to them to maintain their wellbeing and performance.
