Daniel Goleman (USA) developed the Emotional Intelligence concept (EQ).
According to Goleman, 90 % of the job to be fulfilled by a Leader, is in the 1st quadrant
There are several models/supports helping the people and Team development.
I choose 3 of them (Human Element®, Process Communication®, MBTI®), for their pertinence to address main problematics I could observe from my experience in companies, and also for their international distribution which enables a deployment in international companies.
